David Wattel is a founding member of the law firm of Wattel & York. Mr. Wattel obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois in 1984. He continued on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1988. He has devoted 25 years of law practice to representing those injured at the hands of others. He actively litigates cases and has represented more than 13,000 clients. In addition, Mr. Wattel trains physicians through the American Institute of Personal Injury Physicians (AIPIP), an organization founded by Wattel, on how to properly document personal injury claims. He also speaks nationally to auto body shops and their professional associations regarding diminished value and other property damage related subjects. Mr. Wattel is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Arizona. He is licensed to practice in the State of Washington, State of Oregon, State of Arizona, as well as the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
